Mary Ann Baer
Mary Ann Baer, 79, passed away on April 10, 2023, after a courageous 13-year battle with breast cancer.Â
She was born on Aug. 4, 1943, in Albuquerque, N.M. to Menhard and Iola Albers.Â
She is survived by her son Joseph Lucero; daughter Vicky Lemos (Richmond); and three granddaughters.Â
For most of her 40-plus years of teaching, she taught in the Anton Chico and Santa Rosa schools working with special education students.Â
Visitation will be held at French Funeral Home, 1111 University Ave., Albuquerque, N.M. on Monday at 4 p.m. followed by a Rosary at 5 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at San Jose Catholic Church on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at 11 a.m followed by the burial at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Anton Chico, N.M.Â
