WAGON MOUND — Singly, and as a couple, Don and Mary Schutz have contributed time and talents to direct and enhance life in various quarters. Both are descendants of ranch families, and they are continuing the legacy.

Mary was born in Albuquerque, in 1944 to Richard and Cecilia Sims, who ranched at Logan, N.M., until 1958, when they moved to the site northwest  of Wagon Mound where the Schutzes now live, called the S&S Ranch.
