    The Literacy Council of Northeastern New Mexico is holding a school book giveaway at the TLC Book Bank, located in Southwest Capital Bank, from 2:30 p.m. to 5 pm. Free new educational materials, reading anthologies (some in Spanish), assorted reading booklets, skills workbooks and more are available at no charge to families, educators, and home-schoolers. Everyone is welcome.
