    A free legal fair will be held in Highlands University’s Student Union Building, 800 National Ave., Las Vegas, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Attorneys and paralegals from New Mexico Legal Aid will offer free legal advice to eligible low-income people and families who are facing legal issues involving public benefits, landlord-tenant matters, consumer rights, unemployment benefits, foreclosure, and creditor-debtor matters.
