The breakfast and lunch menu for the Las Vegas/Pecos Senior Centers, with 2 percent milk served with all meals.
Menu for the week of Jan. 16 to Jan. 20.

Breakfast: Scrambled egg, cheese, slice bacon, juice and tortilla
Lunch: Pork tips with brown gravy, rice, steamed cauliflower, garden salad with dressing, dinner roll and yogurt

Breakfast: Bagel, cheese, juice, and cereal
Lunch: Taco salad, squash, Spanish rice and mixed fruit

Breakfast: Hard boiled egg, cheese stick, English muffin and jelly
Lunch: Chicken noodle soup, Caesar salad, cracker and apple sauce

Breakfast: Cottage cheese, slice of toast, jelly and juice
Lunch: Baked fish squares, tartar sauce, green beans, potato wedges,
biscuit and cherry pie

Breakfast: Ham and cheese biscuit and yogurt
Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich on wheat bread, pickle spear, chips
and peaches
