Senior Lunch Menu — Sept. 10 to 14

The breakfast and lunch menu for the Las Vegas/Pecos Senior Centers, with 2 percent milk served with all meals. Here are the menus for the week of Sept. 10-14.

MONDAY
Breakfast: Potato and egg burrito with cheese, and salsa.
Lunch: Frito pie (beef, beans, chile, and cheese) with lettuce & tomato garnish, seasoned spinach, and diced peaches.

TUESDAY
Breakfast: Cereal, half bagel with cream cheese.
Lunch: Chicken fajitas (chicken and peppers), pinto beans, Spanish rice, one tortilla, pico de gallo, and yogurt.

WEDNESDAY
Breakfast: Sausage burrito (sausage and egg on a tortilla), and salsa.
Lunch: Philly cheesesteak on a hoagie roll, baked fries, green peas, and fruit cocktail.

THURSDAY
Breakfast: Oatmeal, diced ham, and half slice toast.
Lunch: Pork posole, calabacitas, corn, flour tortilla, and a cookie.

FRIDAY
Breakfast: Scrambled egg, cheese, red chile, and potato with margarine.
Lunch: Tuna salad sandwich, cucumber/tomato salad, chips, and ice cream cup.
