Senior Lunch Menu — Oct. 29 through Nov. 2

The breakfast and lunch menu for the Las Vegas/Pecos Senior Centers,
with 2 percent milk served with all meals. Here are the menus for the week of Oct. 29 to Nov. 2.

Breakfast: Scrambled egg with potatoes sprinkled with cheese, and half a tortilla.
Lunch: BBQ chicken, scalloped potatoes, mixed vegetables, and a dinner roll.

Breakfast: Cold cereal, juice, English muffin with peanut butter.
Lunch: Beef & cheese enchilada with red chile, pinto beans, Spanish rice, and vanilla pudding.

Breakfast: Scrambled egg, cheese, slice of bacon, and half a tortilla.
Lunch: Cook’s choice.

Breakfast: Cereal, an orange, and one cheese stick.
Lunch: Salisbury Steak with brown low sodium gravy, mashed potato, sliced carrots, dinner roll, and applesauce.

Breakfast: Pancakes and sausage, yogurt, banana.
Lunch: Grilled ham & cheese sandwich, tomato soup, crackers, and diced pears.
