Senior Lunch Menu — Oct. 15 through 19

The breakfast and lunch menu for the Las Vegas/Pecos Senior Centers, with 2 percent milk served with all meals.

Here are the menus for the week of Oct. 15-19.

MONDAY
Breakfast: Oatmeal, diced ham, and half an English muffin.
Lunch: Green chile cheese burger, pork & beans, peas & carrots, fruit in season.

TUESDAY
Breakfast: Bagel, cheese, and cereal.
Lunch: Sausage pizza, corn, California blend vegetables, and diced peaches.

WEDNESDAY
Breakfast: Hard boiled egg, cheese stick, half an English muffin with jelly.
Lunch: Posole with pork, calabacitas, tossed salad, tortilla, and a cookie.

THURSDAY
Breakfast: Cottage cheese, toast, jelly, and juice.
Lunch: Lasagna, garden salad, mixed vegetables, dinner roll, and fruit cobbler.

FRIDAY
Breakfast: Egg and cheese burrito, (cheese, egg, green chile, diced onion on flour tortilla).
Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich, pork & beans, pickle spears, chips, and lemon pudding.
