County, New Mexico, as
shown on plat of survey
by East Mountain Surveying
Co. dated May
24, 2019, drawing project
no. 270319EH, filed
in the Office of the Mora
County Clerk, July 2,
2019, as plat document
no. 201900518,
the said Property being
more particularly
described in the Complaint
for Quiet Title in
this cause, reference to
which is hereby made;
and to bar and estop
you, and each of you,
from having or claiming
any lien upon or right or
title to the Property, or
any portion thereof, adverse
to the Plaintiff.
YOU AND EACH OF
YOU are further notified
that unless you serve
and file a responsive
pleading or motion in
said cause on or before
the 19th day of September,
