  • Martinez, Martinez all-state

Daniel Martinez made plenty of statements by making big plays on both sides of the ball for the Robertson football team this past season.

Keen Martinez often added the punctuation to those statements.

Daniel Martinez, a senior quarterback and outside linebacker for the Cardinals, was named to the first team all-state football team for Class 3A. So did fellow senior Keen Martinez (no relation), the Redbirds’ placekicker.

Honors are bestowed by the New Mexico High School Coaches Association.
