    Jamie’s got a gun.

Whether banking perimeter shots off the window or slicing to the rim for layups, Jamie Allen shot with precision and led by example in Robertson’s 53-49 victory over West Las Vegas on Tuesday night at Gillie Lopez Gym.

Allen scored 15 of her game-high 18 points in the first half, including nine in the opening quarter as the Lady Cardinals closed in on a District 2-3A regular season championship.

The district tournaments for prep hoop teams across the state get under way early next week.

  • On to State

St. Michael’s is the heavy favorite to win a second state wrestling championship in three years this coming weekend.
