A trek to the Pacific Northwest saw the Isotopes’ recent offensive proficiency go south.
Albuquerque (6-6) lost 4-3 Monday at Tacoma, ending a winless series with the Rainiers. As a result, the Isotopes slipped a game behind the Las Vegas 51s for first place in the division.
The Topes are back at The Lab for an eight-night homestand against Reno and Tacoma.
