Charette Lakes: Fishing was fair using Power Bait, worms, Pistol Petes and salmon eggs for trout.   
Cimarron River: Water flow below Eagle Nest on Monday was 67 cfs. Trout fishing was fair to good using Panther Martins, elk hair caddis, Cimarron specials, Cimarron worms, parachute adams, salmon eggs and worms. Fishing at the Gravel Pit Lakes fair using Pistol Petes, worms, salmon eggs and Power Bait.

Juliana Guerin made history earlier this month, capturing her third state singles tennis championship in dominant fashion, but it wasn’t quite as easy as the scores might indicate. And given the adversity she had to overcome to defend her title, Guerin appreciates this one every bit as much as the previous two she won as an eighth-grader in 2010 and as a sophomore last spring.

In a post-championship interview, Guerin shared her thoughts about coming back from injury (again), her journey back to the final, and her plans for continued growth on the court.
