    New Mexico Highlands University media arts professor Megan Jacobs’ photography is featured in the international juried exhibit, Dreams, at the Center for Fine Art Photography in Ft. Collins, Colo.

    Dreams continues through Jan. 7, 2012, and is a diverse collection of photographs that evoke the dream world, from the otherworldly and surreal to everyday moments of daily routine.

For the second year in a row, independent auditors gave the city a “disclaimer opinion” on its financial statements, which means they could not verify accuracy. And one of the worst offenders, they said, were the utility accounts.
