    Boy struck by vehicle Monday

    A 12-year-old boy was transported to an Albuquerque hospital after he was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Seventh and Legion just before noon on Monday, police said.
    Las Vegas Police Chief Christian Montaño said the boy’s injuries were not life threatening. He said the boy was on foot when he was struck by a 1999 Dodge Durango that was being driven by an adult male.
