    Lula Ludi, native resident of Las Vegas, N.M., passed away on Sunday, Nov. 4, 2007.

    Family will announce services at a later time.

  • Frank A.F. LeFebre

    Frank A.F. LeFebre, 91, of Wagon Mound, died Saturday, Nov. 3, 2007 at home surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Domie Archuleta LeFebre, his daughters: Cathy (Joe) Mc-Cachren, Eileen (Bill) Henthorn, Ruth, and Clara; sons: Francisco, Pablo (Anna), Donald (Stella), Art, Leonard (Annette) and Angelo; 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

    Frank was preceded in death by his son Eddy and two infants George and Annette. He was born April 3, 1916m in Ocate, N.M., to the late Demetrio and Saba Martinez LeFebre.

  • Lula E. Ludi

    Lula E. Ludi, native resident of Las Vegas, N.M. and wife of the late Eloy Ludi, passed away on Sunday Nov. 4, 2007 at Rose Arbor Medical Center in Kalmazoo, Mich.

    Funeral services will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church later in the week with more information to be provided by her family at a later time.

  • Leslie W. Cox

    Funeral services for Leslie W. Cox, age 87, a resident of Las Vegas, N.M. since 1964 and former resident of Seattle,Wash. were conducted this morning at 10 a.m. at the First Baptist Church on Mountain View Dr., Las Vegas, N.M. Interment followed at 1:30 p.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery with full military honors and with the following serving as casket bearers: Phillip Leger, William Leger, Haleah Todd, Luke Aragon, Phil Aragon and Heather Cox.

  • John M. Black, Jr

    John M. Black, Jr, age 74, a resident of Las Vegas, N.M., for the past 10 years and former resident of Jamestown, N.D., passed away on Friday, Nov. 2, 2007, at the Alta Vista Hospital following an extended illness.

    He was born on Feb. 26, 1933, in Seattle, Wash., to the late John M. Black, Sr. and Una Elizabeth Shannon Black.

    He was united in marriage on June 27, 1979 in Ft. Collins, Colo. to Mary Elizabeth Griffith Jr.

  • Loretta Linda L'Esperance Lamb

    Loretta Linda L’Esperance Lamb

    Loretta Linda L’Esperance Lamb was called home to our Lord, Oct. 26, 2007.

    She was born Sept. 21, 1941, in Las Vegas, N.M. and raised in the area, but spent the last 37 years in Nevada. She was predeceased by her husband Sen. Floyd Lamb; her parents Gabino and Luz L’esperance; brother Oliver and sister Isabel.

  • Mary Gloria Martinez

    Mary Gloria Martinez, age 50, a resident of Las Vegas, N.M.. passed away on Sunday Nov. 4, 2007, at St. Vincent Hospital in Santa Fe.

    A rosary will be recited on Tuesday Nov. 6, 2007, from Santa Clara Catholic Church in Wagon Mound, N.M. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday morning also at Santa Clara Parish. Times of services are pending. Interment will follow the mass in Wagon Mound, N.M.

  • Luisa Leonor 'Lena" H. McElroy

    Luisa Leonor “Lena” H. McElroy, born March 28, 1916, was a life-long resident of Las Vegas, N.M.

    Lena was the youngest of nine children and the last remaining member of her family. She passed away peacefully on Nov. 2, 2007, in Albuquerque at the Sunrise Retirement Home. She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Thomas, on April 29, 2007.

  • Torie Ann Vigil

    Torie Ann Vigil, age 17, a life time resident of Mora County, N.M. passed away on Friday, Nov. 2, 2007 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

    She was born on June 17, 1990, in Las Vegas, N.M. to Herman Vigil and Loretta Gandert Vigil.

    She was an 11th grade student at the Mora High School. She enjoyed playing softball and spending time with family and friends. She was a loving daughter, grand-daughter, sister, aunt, niece, and friend.

    A lifelong Catholic, she was a member of the St. Gertrude/s Church in Mora, N.M.

  • Deborah Ann Lawrence

    Deborah Ann Lawrence was called home to the Lord, Oct. 28, 2007. She is survived by her husband Rusty Lawrence, her mother Anita Martinez, and her brothers and sisters. She is preceded in death by her father Secundino Argon. Deborahs love of teaching was kindergarten and first grade, most recently at Leander, Texas.

    Visitation will be at 11 a.m. Saturday with services to follow at noon on Nov. 3, 2007, at Beck Funeral Home in Cedar Park, Texas.
