Last in line - La Plaza juniors baseball plays on; LVLL 8-10 finishes state runner-up

La Plaza juniors baseball is the last in line.

That team is the Meadow City’s last hope for a state Little League championship after advancing with a pair of big wins this past weekend.

La Plaza’s juniors defeated Alamogordo Rotary 14-3 on Friday and then took down North Valley 10-6 on Saturday; both games were held at Albuquerque West Mesa.
