Former AD, coach Singleton dies in California

Joe Singleton, who coached at Robertson High School in the 1960s and returned to town as athletic director at his alma mater New Mexico Highlands in the late 1990s, has died.

Singleton, 82, was residing in his longtime hometown of Davis, Calif., at the time of his death this past Tuesday, March 14. He is survived by wife Corrine and their five children and several grandchildren.
