    Mora Valley Chamber of Commerce will hold its 2016 fundraiser featuring Carlos Medina y Los Gallos, AJ Martinez, and Eminente at the VFW in Mora. Cost is $25 per person, and $35 a couple, and includes comedy show by Medina, dinner and a dance. This is an all-age event. A live auction will also take place.   • Wednesday, April 13, 1966 — The appointments of new graduate and undergraduate deans at New Mexico Highlands University were announced today by Thomas C. Donnelly, president of Highlands, following approval of the appointments by the Board of Regents. Dr. Ralph Carlisle Smith is the new undergraduate dean and Dr. Merritt Wilson McGahan is new graduate dean. Ninety-one applicants were screened for the position by the committee elected by the faculty for this purpose.
