    • New Mexico State Police will be conducting a DWI-Checkpoint in San Miguel County between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Friday, July 12.

    • San Miguel County Offices will be open from 8 a.m. to noon and closed from 1 to 5 p.m. on Friday, July 5.

  • The Mora Little League and tee-ball teams had a great season. After a summer of games with the Dodgers, Cardinals, Rockies and A’s pitted against each other every Tuesday and Wednesday evening, the final games were held and awards were given to the players and those who made it possible. There are two fields  for the Little League and a special field for the tee-ball players so that three games can be played simultaneously.
