    The Miss Las Vegas Scholarship Organization is looking for contestants to compete in the Miss Las Vegas Pageant on Saturday Feb. 20. The contest is open to young women 17 to 24. Phases of competition are interview, talent, physical fitness in swimsuit, and formal wear. To enter the competition go to www.missnewmexico.org and enter online.   • Wednesday, Feb. 2, 1966 — The community of Mora has undertaken a drive to establish a public library. At a meeting of the Mora Library Committee last week it was decided to kick off a book and donation campaign immediately in order to establish the much needed facility as soon as possible. The first contributor in Mora to the library fund was the Joe Martinez family. They donated 40 books on merchandising dating back to the 1800s.
