The Ride to Pride’s veteran program flag designed by Dereck Martinez of Rociada will raise along with the U.S. and New Mexico flag. Zoe Martinez, a fifth-grade student from Señora Valencia’s class at Don Cecilio Elementary took second in the flag design contest.
