The Tri-County Farmers’ Market is returning to the Immaculate Conception parking lot on Sixth and University on Saturday, May 6. The market opens at 8 a.m. The selection includes: salad greens, kale, chard, quelites, radishes, chives, leeks, onions, snow peas, piñon, registered Irish Dexter dairy, eggs, bread, USDA inspected beef and pork, pain rub, lotion, soap, hand made rugs. Plant starts are now available - tomatoes, chile plants broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, lettuce, strawberries, and more.
