• The El Creston Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association, San Miguel County, New Mexico, hereby wishes to inform all interested parties of San Miguel County of the intent to file an application with USDA, Rural Utilities Service. The purpose of the application is to request financial assistance to improve the water system of El Creston Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association.
