Bradley Kanode, M.D., of Las Vegas, successfully completed the requirements to maintain Board Certification in Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine last month.

Although board certification is voluntary, the practice of medicine changes rapidly and it has become essential for doctors to stay current in the diagnosis and treatment of patients in order to provide high quality care, according to a news release from Kanode’s office.

Summer in Las Vegas would not be complete without the Missoula Children’s Theatre.

This year they will be bringing their touring production of The Princess and the Pea.

Local children from the first through 12th grades may audition for the play. The group is scheduled for July 11 through 16.

Auditions will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Monday, July 11 at Ilfeld Auditorium. If cast, children will be allowed a short lunch break (on their own), and rehearsals will begin at 12:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m.
