Registration for the fall 2013 season of the Las Vegas Youth Soccer League opened on Monday and continues through Aug. 10, the league announced.
Participants may register online at lasvegasyouthsoccer.org or at Desertgate Internet on Bridge Street. The cost of $50 per player includes jersey, shorts and player fees.
Those who register after the Aug. 10 deadline may be placed on a waiting list, so early sign-up is encouraged.
The LVYSL is broken into age divisions and is for youngsters age 4 to 14. Games typically begin in early September and continue through October for the fall schedule. The spring schedule gets under way in mid-March.
The league is run by volunteers, and those wishing to volunteer their time in various capacities are advised to contact the LVYSL board at time of registration. More information is available at the website.
