WLV's Armijo wrestles for Team New Mexico

John Armijo started his summer in Orlando, but he wasn’t there to check out Disney World.

Armijo, who graduated from West Las Vegas in May, was the lone representative of Class 3A on an all-New Mexico wrestling team that competed in the Amateur Athletic Union Scholastic Nationals, a duals tournament hosted by Disney’s Wide World of Sports facility.
