The West Las Vegas School Board wants the ongoing heating and cooling issues that have plagued the high school and middle school for years to be resolved once and for all.
During a special board meeting late last week, the board unanimously approved a preliminary proposal from Albuquerque-based Energy Control Inc. to repair the HVAC systems in both the middle and high school.
The district has had problems with its boilers, and some of its problems stem from what various technicians did to try to fix the problem.
