Water, water everywhere and not a drop for the tax-paying citizens of Las Vegas.
For the second summer in a row, we are not allowed to water our outside plants. Homeowners get to watch landscaping die and house values decrease.
In the meantime, the city is losing 80 gallons of water a minute through just one of many leaks it is aware of.
I could water my entire little patch of property for a year on just one day’s worth of that wasted water.
