Warriors come out and play

Robertson’s defense showed some ferocity Friday night in a prep football clash with third-ranked Ruidoso, and for a fleeting moment, it gave the Cardinals control of the game.

A 9-yard fumble return by Devin Chavez resulted in a Robertson touchdown three minutes into the fourth quarter, and Dominic Lucero’s 2-point conversion gave the Cards a 21-18 lead.

Then the Warriors came out to play-yay.
