Just when you think it can’t get any worse, it does. Unsightly litter is nothing new in the city of Las Vegas or in San Miguel County.
Take a short drive and chances are you’ll come across a discarded pile of trash, a mattress or even a couch tossed on the side of the road somewhere.
But some callous scofflaw has taken the nasty behavior to a new low, discarding more than two dozen used syringes by the side of the road near Porkchop Hill.
