THUMBS UP! BACK TO MAKING FILMS. After a revamping of the city’s film ordinance, which regulates what filmmakers can and can’t do in Las Vegas, crews are back in town. Over the past few days crews have been busy transforming Bridge Street façades for a CBS pilot about Ralph Lamb, a larger-than-life Las Vegas, Nev., sheriff from the 1960s and ‘70s. Shooting is planned for April 3-4 and, meanwhile, some good old-fashion money is being spent here in the original Vegas.
