THUMBS DOWN! WRONG WAY. Several people dodged a bullet earlier this week. Las Vegas police say that Petrolino Urioste, 46, of Chavez Street, was driving drunk when he caused a head-on collision by driving south in the northbound lane of New Mexico Avenue near Church Street. According to reports, one vehicle managed to avoid the Dodge pickup that Urioste was driving, but a second one, a compact car, couldn’t.
