A Las Vegas couple was charged with child abuse after employees at the Red Lobster in Santa Fe called police concerned about the safety of a 5-month-old child they had with them. Steven G. Vigil, 32, and Linda M. Vigil, 29, were also charged with receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle after authorities discovered the car they are driving had been reported stolen.
