Stu Clark Tournament update, session one

John Martinez stepped up at the right time Monday night, and as a result his West Las Vegas Dons are moving on in the 55th Stu Clark Tournament.

With West trailing Portales 17-8 in the opening-round game, Martinez drifted out to the left wing and nailed a three-point basket. He went on to score the next two buckets as well, sparking an 11-0 run to quickly get the Dons back in it.
