Tuesday was filing day for candidates for state and county offices.
District 70 state Rep. Richard Vigil, D-Ribera, is facing two opponents in the June 3 Democratic primary, Luna Community College purchasing agent Naomi Montoya and building contractor Travis Regensberg. Both had already publicly revealed their intentions.
