A 29-year-old Chacon man is facing a host of criminal charges after he wrecked his sports utility vehicle into a gold car, pointed a gun at the driver of the car he had just hit, fled and later engaged Las Vegas police in a standoff near the Abe Montoya Recreation Center on Monday night, court documents allege.
Authorities allege that Roger S. Romero had been drinking. He is being held at the San Miguel County Detention Center on a $50,000 cash bond.
