Old Man Winter couldn’t make up his mind on Tuesday about what he wanted to do.

That prompted area schools to close by noon. And Luna Community College canceled its monthly meeting scheduled for the evening.
Luna’s interim president, Sigfredo Maestas, said he opened his blinds in his office around noon and suddenly realized that a winter storm was at full force.
