I’m pretty scared. The economy in our city and area is the reason.
Our ranchers have no grass or water. The money is drying up like our river. Our state is 75 percent dependent on federal spending, and Las Vegas is more so. That money is going to be drastically reduced.
We can’t control the weather. God has given us brains to fly to the moon, but not make it rain. Maybe we can use our brains a little more and really solve our water problem. We have to find new ways to have jobs and economic life, not dependent on federal spending.
