RHS wins, WLV losses situate both in middle of district VB hunt

After starting the district campaign season 2-0, the Lady Dons volleyball team has dropped a pair of matches over the past three days.

On the heels of their dropping a heartbreaking match to top-ranked Pojoaque late last week, the Lady Dons fell victim to the Lady Horsemen of St. Michaels on Saturday. Game scores were 25-20, 25-11 and 25-13.

West is now 6-8 overall and 2-2 in District 2-3A.

The girls from the west side will travel to the east side of town on Thursday to take on rival Robertson at the Marr Gym.
