Is Las Vegas ready to get serious about recycling? A meeting on Monday morning could answer that question.
The Las Vegas Recycling Task Force and the New Mexico Recycling Coalition are teaming up for a community meeting to discuss the city’s recycling program. The discussion will be not only about the city’s current recycling program, but also what it could be in the near future.
The coalition has received more than $2 million in stimulus money to develop a recycling infrastructure called “hub and spoke” recycling.
