Rankings stay much the same

Robertson and West Las Vegas football teams stayed in their same positions on NM Preps’ weekly gridiron poll released late Sunday.

The Cardinals (3-3 overall, 1-0 District 2-3A), who defeated Pojoaque Valley 24-15 this past Friday, stayed at 11th. They play host to No. 3 Ruidoso (6-1) this Friday evening at Cardinal Stadium.

The Dons (1-6, 0-1) picked up their first win in a 38-6 romp at Santa Fe Indian to hold on to the 16th spot. West is off this weekend.
