• The City of Las Vegas Waste Water Treatment Facility will stop providing effluent reuse water for residential customers beginning at 3 p.m. on Oct. 5. The approval from the New Mexico Environment Department under the city’s DP-1118, Part V, allowed this use only for the 2012 growing season. Direct any questions to the Utilities Department at 454-3832.
