2012 was a lackluster year when it came to public works projects in Las Vegas, particularly in the later part of the year, but one city official says he’s expecting that to change in 2013.
Several major projects were completed in the prior year or were just about done, including the state Department of Transportation’s Grand Avenue project, the state police headquarters on South Commerce and the Meadows facility at the New Mexico Behavioral Health Institute.
