Police: Man had crack in his car

A man who was arrested in June on a drug trafficking charge has found himself in hot water less than a month later, police said.

According to a criminal complaint, a Las Vegas police officer stopped Walter Padilla, 52, 410 Perez St., Saturday afternoon. Padilla was in a car parked near the north entrance of the Inn of Las Vegas; an open bottle of beer in the car was in plain view, police said.
