Passenger shot during bizarre chase

State police are continuing to investigate a bizarre incident in Mora County in which a teen sustained a gunshot wound Saturday night as people in two separate vehicles shot at the vehicle she was a passenger in.

State police Lt. Robert McDonald said Thursday that no suspects had yet been arrested.

The harrowing ordeal occurred at around 10:45 p.m. Saturday as the teen was on her way back from Taos.

Near Holman Elementary School, a dark extended cab truck was traveling north as the Green Honda the victim was in was headed south.
