Daughter Sherry is making photo journals for my granddaughters — we all should do this — and therefore, I needed to dig through those proverbial boxes of very old photographs. What a fun time that always is!
So many of the family photos were taken by our busy mothers. They decided to record some event for history, thankfully, and the sometimes poorly lit, posed picture records so much more than they probably realized at the time.
