Ben Ortega, son of Ben and Bernice Ortega of Rociada, has been appointed to senior vice president and Lead Project Manager of Development at Penn-Florida Companies.
His real estate development career spans nearly 30 years, and he is an expert in managing class “A” multifamily projects from the initial planning stage to final product delivery.
