Official: Highlands improving cafeteria

Several Highlands University students voiced concerns recently about cafeteria food, transportation and improved access to student representatives.

They aired their complaints during what was called a student forum, but was not sanctioned by any student groups or by the university. The event was organized by Salvador Estrada, a graduate student.
