New Mexico Highlands won two of five games over the weekend in the Desert Stinger Softball Tournament hosted by Montana State-Billings in the remote venue of Las Vegas, Nev.
Cowgirl shortstop Brittany Potter was named to the All-Tournament Second Team, and the Cowgirls moved to 4-5 overall.
