Mora County Notebook - Local restaurant has new owners

Last Monday was the first day for the reopening of the Cowboy Kitchen. It turned out to be a very busy day with people anxious to see the newly remodeled facility and meet the new owners. There were a few weeks of remodeling and planning. In the remodeled restaurant there is new pine paneling on the walls and a new coat of colorful paint. There are two new owners who have bought the business from Johnny and Phyllis Martinez and Gary Martinez, their son. Gary and his folks and the new owners were instrumental in remodeling the facility.
